From spouses and children to tenants and landlords, tracking your client relationships is easy. It just takes a couple of clicks to add a relationship. You can search from your existing database or add a new contact.

But don’t worry, like magic the system will auto-suggest related contacts based on relationship, so you’ll never unintentionally leave anyone out again.

Want to send an email to both the primary contact and their spouse? We now have merge codes for that! Gone are the days of manually entering spouse info—just click and select the merge code when drafting an email message:

Q: I have spouses in Top Producer Classic (8i) that share a record. How will this work in Top Producer X CRM?

A: If you’ve entered the spouse name in the Spouse/Partner field in Top Producer Classic (8i):

Then all it takes is the click of a button to convert that spouse to a ‘relationship’ in Top Producer X CRM and create their own record! The system will give you a heads up when viewing a client record that has a spouse, so just a one-time click is all it takes to create a new record for that spouse in X.
