Top Producer® has been in the business of creating innovative real estate software solutions since 1982. Many of our customers have been with us for 5, 10, even 25 years, and they’ve seen a lot of change in that time – most recently with the release of Top Producer® X CRM. I hope you’re as excited about this next chapter as we are.
Top Producer® has a strong team, upgraded technology, and a solid foundation for future growth. We’re keen to improve our current products, expand our offerings, and bring greater value to you and your business. To do that, we need a partner with a long-term view and a passion for building software for real estate professionals like you.

A few key things for you to know:
- We will continue to sell, support and evolve the existing Top Producer® products (Top Producer® CRM, Market Snapshot® reports, Top Producer® Websites, FiveStreet)
- Your billing amount for Top Producer® CRM, Market Snapshot® reports, Top Producer® Websites and/or FiveStreet will not change at this time*
- If you subscribe to both realtor.com® and Top Producer® products, you will now see separate charges on your credit card instead of one combined charge; during the transition of billing systems, your statement will list REALTORCOM/TOPPRODUCER for both realtor.com® and Top Producer®/FiveStreet products
- Effective immediately, Top Producer® will do business as Top Producer Software Inc. (US) and Top Producer Software Corp. (Canada), which are part of the Perseus Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. and affiliates of Constellation Web Solutions, Inc.
- As part of this transition, any agreement that you have with Top Producer Systems Company ULC (Canada) or Move Sales, Inc. (US) for any Top Producer product has been assigned to Top Producer Software Inc. (US) and Top Producer Software Corp. (Canada)
- If you use other products offered by realtor.com (Move Sales, Inc.) or its affiliates, your agreements related to those products will continue uninterrupted. If you have any questions for realtor.com, please call the realtor.com Customer Care team at 888-881-9936.
