You can now get notified whenever you receive a new lead and automatically send Market Snapshot reports to effortlessly nurture them and keep you top-of-mind.
Setting up lead alert notifications:
The faster you respond to online leads, the greater your chance of conversion. Get immediately notified via email and never miss out on a new lead again.
Note: If you're using Top Producer 8i, a one-time setup in Top Producer X CRM is required. Just follow the steps below.
To set up lead alert notifications:
1. In Top Producer X CRM, go to the Lead Providers Settings page > in the Lead Alert Settings section, turn the feature on via the Send lead alerts toggle.
2. Enter the email address where you want to receive alerts > then click Send Test Email to confirm it's set up correctly.
3. Click Save Lead Alert Settings and wait to work your magic on your next lead.
Setting up new leads to receive Market Snapshots automatically
Let us take care of lead nurturing for you by automatically applying Market Snapshots and listing alerts to your incoming leads.
Note: Top Producer X users specify which lead sources they want to receive automated reports. For 8i users, realtor.com leads, FiveStreet leads and any lead source using your myleads.io address will receive automated reports. Any other lead sources will not.
To set up Market Snapshot auto-fulfillment:
1. In Top Producer X CRM, go to the Market Snapshot Settings page > in the Auto-fulfillment Settings section, turn the feature on via the toggle.
2. If you're using:
- 8i, you don't have to select anything from the sources drop-down. See the note above for which sources will receive reports.
- X, by default, all of your lead sources will receive Market Snapshots. If you only want to send to specific groups, just select the sources from the box below.
3. Click Save Market Snapshot Settings and sit back while your leads are automatically nurtured.
