About Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards

Use the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards service to send postcards to announce your recently listed or sold properties to potential customers living in the proximity of that property. The postcard invites them to obtain more information, such as the property listing price, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and if sold, whether it sold below, above, or at the asking price. Customers can also request a Market Snapshot, if you are subscribed to that service. Their contact information is automatically sent to you via email.

Before you can use the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcard service, you must first set up your MLS credentials, then set up your postcards. Once these tasks are complete, and the service is enabled, Top Marketer searches your MLS for any new or sold listing that you posted in the last 30 days. For each of those listings, Top Marketer sends you an emailclosetriangle.gif notifying you of the opportunity to send out postcards. If approved, the requested number of postcards are sent to the addresses surrounding the listed property.

Postcards by MLS #

Top Marketer offers an additional feature: Postcards by MLS #. You can order postcards that will retrieve property information directly from the MLS Board of your choice.

Note:  Not all MLS Boards permit retrieval by MLS number for postcards. Verify their compliance before you begin this process. Additionally, each participating MLS Board must permit a search by MLS number.

To use this feature, you will first need to enter your login credentials — Username, Password and Agent MLS ID — on the Postcard Setup page to verify eligibility.

Important: If you have not uploaded your photo or company logo, a blank photo/logo will be printed on the postcards. To include a photo or logo, see Agent Profile information.
