Just Listed/Sold Postcard Setup

Before you can set up the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards service, you must set up your MLS credentials. The Postcard service depends on access to your MLS data in order to obtain the listings that were recently listed or sold.  

If you have not uploaded your photo or company logo, a blank photo/logo will be printed on the postcards. To include a photo and logo, see Agent Profile information.

To set up your Postcards:

Important: During setup you must select a default Just Listed postcard and a default Just Sold postcard design.

  1.  Open the Postcard Setup page. How?closetriangle.gif

  2. In the Feature Listings area, select where to direct potential customers who enter their code on the www.FeaturedHomePrice.com Web site. More Infoclosetriangle.gif

  3. In the Automatic Search area, check either or both options for mailing. More Infoclosetriangle.gif

  4. In the Just Listed Defaults area, set your default options for mailing Just Listed postcards. More Infoclosetriangle.gif

  5. In the Just Sold Defaults area, set your default options for mailing Just Sold postcards.

  6. Click Update.
