Your MLS Credentials Setup

The Market Snapshot and Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards services depend on access to your MLS data in order to create real-time market reports. During setup, you must specify the MLS Boards to which you have access; they appear in the MLS Setup page.

You are required to enter your default MLS credentials for system validation before you can continue. However, if you have multiple MLSs to enter, those additional credentials do not need to pass validation.

To set up your MLS credentials:

1.  Open to the MLS Setup page. How?From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup select MLS Setup.

   The MLS Setup page opens.

2. If you have more than one MLS in your list, select the one you want to use as your default. The default MLS information is automatically used to generate a Market Snapshot.

3. Enter your MLS username and password.

Note: If you change your MLS password, you must also change it in Top Marketer. See Changing your Password.

4. If the MLS supports Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards, enter your Agent MLS ID.

Note: Your Agent MLS ID is required in order to use the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards service. Once specified, Top Marketer will search your MLS for any new or sold listing that you posted in the last 30 days, and then notify you of the opportunity to send out postcards.

5. Click Save & Close.
