Postcards by MLS Number Search

You can search an MLS Board to obtain details for a listing to include in the postcards you are mailing.

Tip: Not all MLSs support searching for listings. Check the MLS Setup page; those MLSs that support this feature are highlighted in yellow.

To search the MLS:

1. Open the Postcards by MLS Number page. How?

   • From Top Marketer Control Panel > Postcards > Postcards by MLS Number.

2. From the drop-down list, select the MLS Board to use.

3. Enter the MLS number, and then click Search MLS.

   The search can take a few minutes.

   Tip:  If the MLS Board is not validated, a message displays. Click Close, then review your setup information.

4. (Optional) In the Search Result, click the Change property Photo link to change the listing photograph.

   Note:  Inclusion of a property photo is optional in this feature.

5. When you are satisfied with the search results, click Order Postcards to continue, or Close.

6. If you place an order, you will go directly to the Postcard Confirmation page to approve your mailout.

Important:  No emails are sent out when you have searched by MLS number, so go directly to Step 2 in the To approve a postcard mailing procedure.
