Approving or Rejecting a Postcard Mailout

If the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcard service is enabled, Top Marketer uses your MLS data access information to check whether you have new listings that have been sold or were just listed. For each of these listings, you will receive an emailclosetriangle.gif notifying you of the opportunity to send out postcards. Indicate in the postcard confirmation email whether you wish to proceed with the postcard mailout or not.

To approve a postcard mailing:

Important:  If you have searched by MLS number, no emails are sent to you – just log in to Top Marketer and proceed with Step 2.

  1. On the postcard confirmation email, click Go_copy.gif.

    You are taken to Top Marketer login page.

  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.

    Your default settings are displayed.

  3. To change these settings:

  4. Click Continue.

    A summary of your order and the total cost is displayed.

  5. If you previously saved your credit card details, select it from the Saved Credit Card drop-down list. Otherwise, enter your payment information in the spaces provided. Select the Save This Credit Card check box if you wish to save your payment information for future orders.

    Tip: To remove a credit card from your list, select it from the Saved Credit Card drop-down list. Then, select the "Use this Credit Card, but remove from saved list" check box. Click Continue.

  6. Enter your billing information in the spaces provided and click Continue.

  7. Review your billing and payment information and click Confirm.

    Your order and credit card information is being processed. Top Marketer will mail out the postcards within 7 days.

  8. Click Sign Out.

To reject a postcard mailing campaign:

  1. On the postcard confirmation email, click StopSign.gif.

    Note: It is important to click Stop to reject a postcard mailing campaign, or you will receive a daily email reminder for this listing.

  2. Click Close.
