Managing Your Postcard Address Lists

Use the Postcard Address Lists page to manage your existing lists. You can also create a new list from this page.

The Manage tab displays your saved address list information, as described in the following table.

Number of valid addresses in the list

Click the quantity to view addresses in the list.

Created on

Date you created the list

Last Validated

When list was last validated

Updates when you re-validate.

Validate

Icons to indicate if list is valid or not

Click the icon beside the list you want to validate.

Green_tick.gif indicates  list is less than 3 months old.

Red_cross.gif indicates list is over 3 months old.

Trash

Click to delete the list on that row. A confirmation displays. Click No if you do not want to delete this list.

 

Note:  Be sure to validate your address lists regularly, especially ones that are over three months old. This insures that you are not billed for addresses that have become invalid.

To manage your address lists:

  1. Open the postcard Manage Address Lists page. How?closetriangle.gif

  2. From the Manage tab, you can upload a new list, or validate or delete an existing list. Refer to the table above.

  3. Click Close to return to the Control Panel.

Tips:  

  • You can use your postcard address listings multiple times, for new postcard orders.

  • For every postcard order, a sample postcard is mailed to agents with valid addresses.

  • You can edit an address list during import. For more information see Editing your Imported Addresses.
