You can edit your imported addresses during the import process. If your file contains invalid or duplicate addresses, in addition to the summary information, an error message and a list of the faulty addresses displays.
To manage a duplicate address
You cannot delete a row in the file that has been imported. If you imported a duplicate address, you could change it to another valid address, or leave it unchanged. If you leave it as a duplicate, the row is ignored and remains as a error.
To remove addresses from the imported list:
If your file contains too many addresses, you are prompted to reduce the size of your list to the permitted limit.
Close the Import page.
On your desktop, open the original address list.
Delete sufficient addresses to meet the required number.
Save the file and import the updated list.
