Creating Postcard Address Lists

You can import one or more custom address lists for your postcard mailing. Before you start, make sure that the source file meets the format requirementsclosetriangle.gif.

Important:  Addresses are automatically validated during the import of a custom list. If there are any errors, an appropriate message displays. You must correct the error in the source file and then re-import it.

To create an address list:

  1. Open the postcard Manage Address Lists page. How?closetriangle.gif

  2. On the Manage tab, click Upload a new list.

  3. On the Upload page, enter a name for your custom list.

  4. Browse to locate the source file, and then click Upload File.

    Note: Import may take a few minutes depending on the size of the file.

    If there are any errors in the source file, an error list displays.

  5. If necessary, edit the address list to correct any errors. For more information see Editing your Imported Addresses.

  6. When you have finished, you have the option of importing another address or closing the page.
