Selecting a Listing Image

There are four methods you can use to select or change a listing image. Each one is described below.

You follow the email link to select or change your images.

To select a listing image via an email notification:

The email you received notifying you of the postcard mailout contains a link to the Postcard Confirmation page.

1. Open the Postcards Photo Upload page. How?

   1. Open the email that notifies you of the postcard mailout opportunity for your recently listed or sold property.

      

   2. Click .

   3. If required, log in to Top Marketer.

   4. On the first Postcard Confirmation page, click Change property photo.

2. On the Postcards Photo Upload page, click Browse and select the image you wish to upload.

3. Click Upload Photo.

   The uploaded photo is displayed on the Preview section.

4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to use this photo for your postcard.

5. Click Close.

To select a listing image via Postcards by MLS #:

You have searched MLS and accessed the Postcards by MLS # page.

1. Click Change Property Photo.

2. Browse for the new image.

3. Click Upload Photo.

4. Click Close. You return to the Postcards by MLS # page.

To select a listing image from the Postcard Status Report:

You have selected the report from Top Producer Control Panel > Postcards > Postcard Status Report.

1. On the row containing the property you wish to change, click the Update button.

   The Update from MLS page opens.

2. Continue the steps described in "To select a listing image via Postcards by MLS" above.

To select a listing image during the Ordering process:

You are approving a Postcard Mailout.

1. On the Postcard Confirmation page, click Change Property Photo.

2. On the Postcard Setup page click Upload Photo.

3. Click Close.

The Postcards Confirmation page appears.
