Jason was very thorough and professional on the phone… easy to understand, willing to dive deeper into any details for move forward quickly where we desired. Also very important… his phone voice… tonality is on point… why does it matter? In long training sessions… there are individuals who lull you to sleep and others who excite you with education. He is the latter.

I am a long time Top Producer subscriber. Today I called support for help with listing maintenance. I’ve never really understood the processes in 81 and required extensive help. My experience in the past is that I hate calling support, and sometimes regret having called. Today was entirely different! Stacie Hadley was so patient and helpful. She created a listing service plan for me, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before ending our call. Her professionalism and care will be remembered always when I use the system, or ever need assistance again.
