If you subscribe to the WebAgent Solutions service, you can receive leads generated from that service in your Top Producer account.
There are no setup steps required to be completed in your Top Producer CRM account.
Customers of WebAgent Solutions and users of their Agent Panel Gold product will automatically have their Leads sent to their Top Producer CRM account. WebAgent Solutions completes all of the setup on their end. If you are not receiving your Leads in your Top Producer account, contact WebAgent support by email at [email protected].
Once configured, leads will be sent to Top Producer CRM in the following situations:
- When visitors request more information or want to schedule a viewing for a specific listing.
- When visitors submit a contact me form to receive more details on a promotion (e.g. free market analysis, guarantee sale, cash offer)
- When visitors are prompted to sign in prior to a Property Search.
