Top Producer^® 8i CRM: Receiving Leads from Infinity Arts

If you subscribe to Infinity Arts, you can configure Top Producer CRM to receive leads from that service.

To configure Infinity Arts to send leads to Top Producer CRM:

1. Log into the Infinity Arts SiteManager CMS: www.InfinityArts.com/SiteManager.

2. Under the Property Search Guide V3 menu, click Options & Settings.

   

3. In the 3rd Party Web API Integration area, enter a value that will be used for both the Lead Provider Username and Password.

   

To configure Top Producer to receive leads from Infinity Arts:

1. Log in to your Top Producer CRM account.

2. At the top right corner, click the Account Menu, then click Settings.

   

3. Click the Contacts tab.
4. Click the My Leads sub-tab.
5. In the Lead Provider Setup section, click the Add Lead Provider link at the bottom.
6. In the Lead Provider Name pull-down list, select Infinity Arts. The URL will be automatically provided for you.
7. Enter your Infinity Arts username and password created in your Infinity Arts account.

8. Click Add Lead Provider.

   

New leads received in your Infinity Arts account can now be sent to Top Producer CRM.

Log in to receive leads from Infinity Arts.
