Top Producer® 8i CRM: Adding a Lead

In addition to receiving leads from your lead providers and web lead forms, you can also manually add leads in Top Producer CRM.

Whether you’re entering new leads or long-time clients, the process is the same. The only difference are the statuses you apply that identify where they are in the lead lifecycle. For more information on managing your Sales Pipeline using the new statuses, see Tracking the Lead Lifecycle Using Statuses.

To add a lead:

  1. Go to Contacts > Add Lead.
  2. Select a status of either New (never contacted) or Engage (contacted, but not yet qualified).
  3. Enter the lead details. For more information, see Adding Contacts.
