The final action you should take to wrap up the deal is to assign an after-sale action plan to promote regular follow-up communication with your contacts.

  1. Open a contact record and go to the Activities tab.
  2. Click the Select Action Plan link and choose an appropriate action plan, such as the “10-Year after sale prospecting plan (email)” for a buyer, or the “Buyer action plan (email)” for the seller.
  3. Click the Save button to apply the plan to the contact.
  4. The action plan activities display on the Activities tab and your Today’s Business.
