Can I add, edit and delete listings and closings in Top Producer Mobile?
While you can view important details for all of your active/pending listings and closings, currently you must add, edit and delete these records in the Top Producer CRM desktop application.

No, only active and pending listings and closings appear in Top Producer Mobile. You can view all other listings/closings in the Top Producer CRM desktop application.
Yes, all parties associated with a listing/closing appear on the Parties tab in the Listing/Closing Record.
- Tap to display the listing/closing party’s Contact Record.
- Displays the party’s preferred method of contact. After placing a call or sending an email, you will be prompted to wrap up the touchpoint.
- Swipe the contact’s name from left to right to reveal additional contact methods.
You can edit a listing/closing party’s Contact Record. However, you cannot add parties to or remove parties from a listing/closing in Top Producer Mobile. This must be done from the Top Producer CRM desktop application.
Yes, you can view, add , edit or delete a listing/closing note when viewing a listing or closing. Any notes you add can also be viewed from the Notes list and will automatically be linked to the property and associated listing/closing parties.
You can view and manage all activities associated with a listing/closing from the Activities tab () in the Listing/Closing Record. From here you can record completed activities, and add, prioritize and delete activities.

Yes, from the listing record, just tap the photo area and select where you want to upload a picture from.
