You’re sending Market Snapshots and Listing Alerts left and right. Your clients are wowed by your knowledge and expertise. It’s time you start seeing who is most interested though, don’t you think?
Every Monday, we’ll send you this report via email. You’ll see who is viewing the most snapshots and alerts and how many you’re sending each week.
FAQsWill I receive this report automatically, or do I have to enable it somewhere?
We’ll send you this report automatically, so you don’t have to do a thing.
We’ll send you the report once a week and it’ll include all activity for the past week (Monday – Sunday).
We’ll only send the report if you’ve sent snapshots/alerts in the past week. If you don’t receive the report, consider signing a few more clients up to receive snapshots and alerts (see Create New Snapshot for details).
The report will be emailed to the address you entered in the Setup > Agent Profile area.
Yes. The Sent boxes represent the number of snapshots and alerts you’ve sent in the past week (Monday – Sunday). The Viewed boxes show the number of snapshots and alerts your clients have viewed in the past week. You’ll also see the number of Market Snapshots you’ve sent since May 5th, 2014.
Yes, all new listing, price change and sold alerts are included in the numbers you see.
If you don’t see the engaged clients section, you just need to send more snapshots and alerts. The more engaging content you send, the more engaged clients you’ll have.
The Market Snapshot Status Report has details on the snapshots you send. Just log in to Market Snapshot and go to Market Snapshot > Market Snapshot Status Report.
And if you subscribe to Top Producer CRM (and have linked it to Market Snapshot), you’ll see snapshot and listing alert details in each contact’s record. Just click the Notifications tab to see which snapshots and alerts they viewed, when they requested more info, and more. You can also view a snapshot or alert you sent by clicking the link in the Details column.
The Click here link in the footer will get you where you need to unsubscribe.
You bet! In Market Snapshot just go to Setup > Market Snapshot Settings and you’ll be able to enable it again.
