Where do I Find my Contact History in Top Producer® 8i CRM?

Completed activities such as emails and printed materials that have been linked to a contact record are accessed by following the steps below:

  1. Open the contact record for the desired contact.
  2. Click on the Activities tab in the lower half of the screen.
  3. Change the drop-down menu on the upper right of the list of activities to Complete. (see below for example)


This will display a list of completed activities which are linked to the contact record. Printed materials can be reprinted, and emails can be resent. Viewing any of the activities will allow you to Undo Mark Done, which will move the activity back to the Incomplete section of the contact’s activity list.
