Top Producer Mobile: Following Up on a Lead

When a lead has requested information, timely follow up is crucial. Whenever a lead is received in Top Producer Mobile, it appears on the New leads list, where you can view the key details you need to effectively follow up. Immediately after attempting contact, you will be asked if you want to qualify the lead and schedule a follow-up activity to ensure regular contact.

From the Home page, tap Sales Pipeline. Tap the lead’s preferred method of contact to call or email the lead.


Alternatively, tap the lead’s name to display additional details, including buyer preferences and current property information (if available). Call call-lead-icon, text text-lead-icon, send a Market Snapshot ms-icon, or email email-lead-icon to contact and qualify the lead.

Tip: For easy and consistent follow up you don’t have to think about, tap the Apply Plan apply-plan-icon icon to apply an action plan.
