If you would like to change the name, email address, or mobile phone number associated with your account you can do so on the Account tab of your FiveStreet account under My Profile.

If you are a Solo Agent or Team Leader the email address and mobile phone number associated with your account are where we will send you notifications of new leads and leads that have been claimed and referred to your team. This name and email address is where the email a new lead receives will come from.

If you are a Team Member your contact information is where we will contact you when new leads are available for you to claim.
