Sent messages are tracked and will appear to come from your Top Producer® number. Any messages sent to your Top Producer® number will be routed to your mobile phone and tracked.

Tracked texts are available in the contact record under Texts.

  1. Click Send Text in a contact record to send a text.

    Note: Due to legal restrictions, this feature is available to U.S. residents only.

  2. Compose your message.
  3. Click Send Text.
