Regardless of where your leads come from, you’d like to see them all in Top Producer® X CRM, right? Follow these simple steps to integrate with over 150 lead sources (realtor.com®, Zillow, all major brokerages, and 140+ more):
- Log in to Top Producer® X CRM.
- Go to Settings > Lead Providers.
Click Copy to copy your @myleads.io email address.
- Sign in to your lead vendor and change the lead notification email address to your @myleads.io email address. If you copied it in the previous step, paste it (CTRL+V) in the appropriate field.
You’re done! When a new lead email is sent to your @myleads.io email address, a contact record will be automatically generated in Top Producer® X CRM.Forwarding leads from realtor.com®
To forward leads from realtor.com® to Top Producer® X CRM, follow these steps:
- Log in to Top Producer® X CRM and go to Settings > Lead Providers. Copy your @myleads.io email address.
- Log in to the realtor.com® dashboard at: https://dashboard.realtor.com
- From the menu in the top right, click Settings.
- Click Lead Settings. On the Lead Settings page you may see multiple lead products, such as Connections℠ Plus or Advantage℠ Pro
Click Change underneath the lead product you would like to forward leads from:
Select Lead parsing as the email type and paste your @myleads.io email address in the email field.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the above steps until all desired lead products are forwarding to your @myleads.io email address.
Your provider isn’t supported, or you want to receive leads from your own website
If your provider isn’t in this list, or you want to receive leads from your own website, we have several options for you:
- If your lead source is supported by Zapier, connect with our Zapier Integration.
- Manually enter leads in Top Producer® X CRM by going to Contacts > Add Contact.
- Email your provider request to email@example.com. If we receive enough requests for a provider, we’ll add it.
- Update the “Contact me” form on your website.

I'm already an existing FiveStreet customer and use the FiveStreet email address to direct leads into Top Producer® X CRM. What do I need to do?
- Sign in to your FiveStreet account.
- Go to Account > Add-Ons & Integrations.
- Beside Top Producer®, click Configure > enter your Top Producer® username > click Save.
If an account owner changes a team member's username, will this affect their lead notification email address? If so, what will the team member need to do?
