Top Producer® X CRM: Lead Integration

Regardless of where your leads come from, you’d like to see them all in Top Producer® X CRM, right? Follow these simple steps to integrate with over 150 lead sources (realtor.com®, Zillow, all major brokerages, and 140+ more):

  1. Log in to Top Producer® X CRM.
  2. Go to Settings > Lead Providers.
  3. Click Copy to copy your @myleads.io email address.

  4. Sign in to your lead vendor and change the lead notification email address to your @myleads.io email address. If you copied it in the previous step, paste it (CTRL+V) in the appropriate field.

You’re done! When a new lead email is sent to your @myleads.io email address, a contact record will be automatically generated in Top Producer® X CRM.

Receiving leads from realtor.com®

In most cases, integration with realtor.com® will have already been set up for you. If not, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your realtor.com® professional dashboard at http://dashboard.realtor.com/.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right and select Settings.
  3. On the Settings page, click Lead Settings.

  4. Click Change under Top Producer® CRM.

  5. Enter your Top Producer® CRM username and password into the appropriate fields and click Connect.

Your provider isn’t supported, or you want to receive leads from your own website

If your provider isn’t in this list, or you want to receive leads from your own website, we have several options for you:

  1. If your lead source is supported by Zapier, connect with our Zapier Integration.
  2. Manually enter leads in Top Producer® X CRM by going to Contacts > Add Contact.
  3. Email your provider request to support@topproducer.com. If we receive enough requests for a provider, we’ll add it.
  4. Update the “Contact me” form on your website.

FAQs

Can I use this email address for business or personal use?
No, your @myleads.io email address is strictly used for funneling your leads into Top Producer® X CRM.

What happens if a contact record isn't created for a lead? Will I be notified of this?
You bet! If we receive an email and we aren’t sure if it’s a lead (for example, the lead didn’t supply enough info), we will send an email to your registered email address.

I'm already an existing FiveStreet customer and use the FiveStreet email address to direct leads into Top Producer® X CRM. What do I need to do?
In your lead vendor, check that the notification email address is set to use your FiveStreet email address. Then, make sure FiveStreet is sending leads to Top Producer® X CRM:

  1. Sign in to your FiveStreet account.
  2. Go to Account > Add-Ons & Integrations.
  3. Beside Top Producer®, click Configure > enter your Top Producer® username > click Save.

That’s it!

If an account owner changes a team member's username, will this affect their lead notification email address? If so, what will the team member need to do?
Yes, the team member’s lead notification email address will also be changed. They just need to get their new @myleads.io email address and update the lead notification email address with their lead vendor.
