Calendar sync allows you to sync appointments between Top Producer® X CRM and your iCloud, Google, Gmail or Microsoft (Outlook, Office 365) calendar. Existing appointments, new appointments, and updates will be seamlessly synced, keeping you up to date and on top of your business.
Setting Up Calendar Sync
Note: If you’ve previously set up Google calendar sync, you will not see a Calendar Sync option in Settings. Feel free to continue using your existing Google calendar sync as normal.
- Log in to Top Producer® X CRM and go to Settings > Calendar Sync.
Enter your email address in the Email field and click Authorize.
If you are an Apple iCloud user, please use your @icloud.com email address at this step.
Sign in to your account if directed, and follow the prompts to grant Top Producer® X CRM any required permissions.
Note for Apple Users: To connect your account you’ll need to use an app-specific password instead of your regular Apple ID password. See Using app-specific passwords for more information on generating this password.
Once finished, a message will indicate that your calendars are being retrieved. Check back in a few minutes, or click Check Calendars to refresh the status.
When your calendar(s) have been retrieved, choose the calendar you wish to sync and click Start sync.
Using Calendar Sync
To use calendar sync, simply add/edit/delete appointments to Top Producer® X CRM or your other calendar as you normally would. Changes you make will be automatically synced between systems.
Please note that any changes made to a single instance of a repeating appointment do not sync. Be sure to make any such changes in both calendars.
