If you regularly add notes to your tasks and contacts, you’ll not only have complete records, but the additional info will pay off when you’re dealing with clients. Add call or appointment details, or just general notes associated with a contact, like what their dog’s name is or where their kids go to school.
To add a note, click Add Note in a contact record or on the Notes page.
- Enter Note details and set a Date & Time.
- Add additional Contacts to the note using the search field.
- Click Save Note.
The note will be saved under the Notes tab of any linked contacts, and on the Notes page.
