Top Producer^® 8i CRM: Receiving Leads from DriveBuy Technologies

With DriveBuy Technologies, prospective buyers are able to text message a property code found on the For Sale yard sign. They will immediately get detailed information about the property on their mobile phone, including detailed specifications, pricing, virtual tours, and your contact information. In turn, you will receive a lead and know when that lead is looking at your property. These leads can also be sent to your Top Producer CRM account.

Important: To receive Leads from DriveBuy Technologies, you will require your DriveBuy username and password. If you are unsure of your username or password, contact DriveBuy Technologies: https://drivebuytech.com/

1. In Top Producer CRM, click the Account Menu in the top right corner, then click Settings.

   

2. Click the Contacts tab, then click the My Leads sub-tab.
3. In the Lead Provider Setup section, click Add Lead Provider.

4. In the Lead Provider Name drop-down list, select DriveBuy Technologies.

   

5. The URL will be automatically provided for you. Enter your DriveBuy username and password.
6. If you have more than one Agent license associated with your Top Producer CRM account, use the Account Created For pull-down to select the Agent that will be receiving these leads.
7. Click Add Lead Provider.
8. From now on, all new leads received via your DriveBuy account will appear as new contact records in Top Producer CRM.
