You can save and print presentations, and email presentations to one or more contacts. Once emailed, the details will be saved in every recipient’s contact record.
To save, print or email a presentation, from the main menu, go to Marketing > Presentations.
- Print the presentation or save it to your hard drive or another location.
- Email the presentation to one or more contacts. Once sent, the email appears in the Activities tab in every recipient’s contact record.
