How to send/import emails from your @topproducer.com email account into a Gmail account using POP3

To begin, make a note of your @topproducer.com email account details by following these steps:

1. Log in to Top Producer^® 8i CRM.
2. Click Settings, then navigate to the Email tab.
3. Click on the TP Email Setup tab.

4. Click on View Mailbox Configuration info to reveal the POP3 settings.

   

Sending New Email to Gmail

1. Log into Gmail.
2. Go to Settings, then click on See all settings.
3. Click on Accounts and Import.
4. Click on Add an email account under Check email from other accounts.
5. Enter your @topproducer.com email address and click Next.
6. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3) and click Next.

7. Fill out the POP3 details you retrieved from Top Producer^® 8i CRM. (Use port 110)

   

8. Click Add Account.

Importing Past Email to Gmail

1. Log into Gmail.
2. Go to Settings, then click on See all settings.
3. Click on Accounts and Import.
4. Click on Import mail and contacts.
5. Enter your @topproducer.com email address and click Continue.

6. Fill out the POP3 details you retrieved from Top Producer^® 8i CRM. (Use port 110)

   

7. Click Continue.

8. Select your desired import options and click Start import.

   Important: If you do not select Leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server your emails will be deleted from the @topproducer.com inbox during the import process.

9. Click OK on the import confirmation screen.
