Top Producer® 8i CRM: Saving and Viewing Email Attachments

Top Producer CRM allows you to receive email attachments in your Top Producer inbox. Any emails that contain attachments will be indicated by an attachment attachment2 icon on the left side of the email message

To view or save email attachments, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on an email to open it below in the preview area.
  2. Ensure you expand the email header details by clicking the Expand header expand icon. When expanded the icon will change to green collapse

  3. Click on an attachment link (beside the Attachments attachment2icon). A File Download window opens.

    • To view the attachment, click the Open button.
    • To save the attachment to your computer, click the Save button. Choose where you want to save the attachment, and click the Save button.

Log in to save and view email attachments.
