In addition to receiving leads from your lead providers and web lead forms, you can also manually add leads in Top Producer.

Whether you’re adding information on new leads or long-time clients, the process is the same. The only difference is the status you apply that identifies where the lead is in the lead lifecycle.

To add a lead:

  1. From the Home page, tap Sales Pipeline.
  2. Tap the Add Contact add-contact-icon icon.
  3. Enter the lead details. Select a status of either New (never contacted) or Engage (contacted, but not yet qualified).
