With the new “Marketing Template” feature in Smart Targeting account you no longer need to download the PDF templates file under the “Add-Ons” – “Custom Direct Mail”, instead you can now view the digital catalogue and decide which templates will best suit your need while approving Online Ads, Purchasing Custom Direct Mail and sending out Just Listed/Sold cards to your target audience.
To access this feature:

Log onto your Smart Targeting Account.

Click on the “Marketing Template” tab from the left-hand side menu of the screen.
Once you are on the next page you will be able to see three tabs “Online Ads”, “Custom Direct Mail”, “Just Listed/Sold” under the heading “Marketing Templates”. You can click on each tab to view the available templates under each section.
If you would like to know the name of the template, you can just hover the mouse onto the template and it will show you the name of that template. You can also click on a template to populate a maximized view.
We’ve also embedded a “Filters” tab which will allow you to narrow down your search for the intended template. The filters will vary across “Online Ads”, “Custom Direct Mail” and “Just Listed/Sold”. All you need to do is select the appropriate option and click on “Filters” tab to view the available options.
Now, with the wide range of Templates available in our Digital catalogue, you are empowered to make the best choice for your marketing!
