How do I reassign a respondent into a different Lead Category?

To reassign a lead into a different bucket (e.g. follow up to listed):

    1. Navigate to the Lead Funnel from the Dashboards screen

     2. Click the check box to the left of the lead.

   3. Navigate to near the top left of the screen and click onto Select Status, then click     on which category you would like to switch it to.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear, click on OK
