An update and upcoming short overnight maintenance

As you know over the past couple of weeks we’ve been upgrading our backend systems and moving 100% to the cloud to improve long-term performance and stability.

Last weekend, we expected to complete the migration of Top Producer CRM into the cloud (and out of a physical data center owned by our previous parent company). This is a complex project run by experienced third-party engineers and IT professionals. Despite their best efforts, the migration was not completed within the scheduled maintenance window.

⚠️ Coming up: Short overnight maintenance

To complete this upgrade, we need to conduct more scheduled maintenance over the next two weeks, starting Nov 16.

Once or twice during this period, between the hours of 9pm and 3am Pacific, you won’t be able to access Top Producer 8i or X CRM for a few hours.

We understand how disruptive outages can be to your business and apologize for any inconvenience caused by these maintenance windows. We’ll continue posting updates in our Facebook user group.
