Top Producer’s 8i’s contact management features have been designed to help you effectively

Top Producer 8i gives you the most complete Contact Record window in the business, enabling you
to store detailed information, notes, multiple addresses, property data and photos
for each of your prospects and clients.
Additionally, the feature now includes a Contacts Landing Page which provides you
with a handy numerical overview of your contact database. You can view an array
of statistics on your leads, contacts and referrals, and you can also easily create
detailed reports. This analytics tool is designed to help you to understand your

Plans Manager
Top Producer 8i’s Plans Manager lets you assign an appropriate follow-up plan
to each contact. Each customizable campaign can contain a series of scheduled letters,

them. You can schedule each activity for a fixed date or as part of a "cascading”
