I am amazed at the depth of relevant information that the Market Snapshot provides.
The data is the most up to date information anywhere on the web. Best of all it
is fully automated so I don’t have to do anything to supply my early stage seller
and buyer prospects with compelling market information.

In the intensely crowded field of Florida real estate, the Market Snapshot helps
me stand above the crowd. It automatically allows me to stay in front of my clients
with no effort on my part. Sellers love it because they have an objective source
of what is happening in their immediate market. Market Snapshot gives the very positive
impression that I am employing the latest technology for them. It gives me an immediate
opening with new prospects to be able to send them useful information. In this depressed
market they will be the first to see the turnaround. They are immediately aware
of market trends. People want to be well informed about one of their most important
financial investments. Would you want to do business with an agent with magnets,
football schedules, etc. or a business expert who keeps you informed with up to
date technology."

The Market Snapshot report provides the immediate response that Internet buyers
and sellers demand. The quality of the data and the graphical presentation make
me look like a pro. And because it's completely automated, I don't have to do a
thing! With my unpredictable schedule, sometimes I'm not able to follow up with
leads quickly enough and they can slip through the cracks. Market Snapshot ensures
this will never happen again."

Have I mentioned that I love Market Snapshot? It’s absolutely awesome. Thanks to
it I have received 1 listing, 2 A-seller leads, 5 A-buyers leads, and 5 referrals.
All of this activity has happened within the past 3 weeks. I can’t get enough of
this – I love it, and I tell everyone to go for it! WOW!

Market Snapshot is a great tool to reconnect with buyers that you haven't talked
to in a while, also impresses FSBO's. When they do decide to list they will remember
the great interactive Market Snapshot you turned them on to at no cost to them.

When I first chatted with the buyer lead over the phone I considered her as a "borderline
client” at best as there wasn’t a lot of synergy between us. After the buyer lead
reviewed my website, I noticed that our interaction changed completely and she made
it clear that she and her husband are no longer looking for another agent. They
commented that they were very impressed with the professionalism and the quality
of content on my website. I owe all that to the Top Producer Website and the Market
Snapshot.

I put the Market Snapshot form on my website, right at the top in the middle of
the page. So, people CAN'T miss it. Every email I send out has a link to get the
Market Snapshot. Each time we get a new listing, we send a Market Snapshot to the
seller. This way they can see how the market and their particular area is changing
weekly. All of our past clients (that we honestly have not kept up with as well
as we should) were sent an email drip (3 of them) telling them that this is a NON-INTRUSIVE
way to get information that can be helpful and useful to them. They may not be selling
right now, but the Snapshot will keep coming to them every month unless they opt
out of it. Better than a newsletter! When a new customer does a Market Snapshot,
it is sent to them immediately. You CAN make them wait until you have viewed their
request, but this seems pointless to me. When I see that they have 'viewed" their
snapshot, I send them a detailed CMA (via Top Producer) and put them on the drip
email program that will interest them. I also include the 'opt-out' option in case
they no longer want the emails. In the drip emails, they always get the link to
the Market Snapshot and are asked to forward the link to any friends or relatives
who may be interested. As you can see, it can really mushroom. I know that every
type of media does not work for everyone. This is one that I constantly keep up
with and brings me results that cost far less than other advertising.
