Take the time to review a Lead History Report before meeting with a potential client

If you’re using Top Producer 8i’s powerful features to their fullest potential, you’re likely to have set up many of your contacts on Action Plans, so that they’re receiving a stream of targeted messaging from you, automatically. As you know, Action Plans are a tremendous timesaver, as they allow you to keep in touch and nurture leads, with minimal effort on your part.

Eventually, some of your prospects will contact you requesting more information, or notifying you that they are getting more serious about making a move. Before scheduling an in-person meeting, take a few minutes to review the automated communication pieces you’ve sent them over the year(s).

Here’s how to run a Lead History Report for a specific contact record:


1) Find the lead record and open it.

2) Click the Print Report icon in the lead header and select Lead History Report.

3) The report is automatically generated for your review.
