Use the Reporting Tools of your Top Producer Website to monitor your web traffic and keep your site engaging

Our Website users often comment on how easy their Top Producer Websites are to set up. You don’t have to be a seasoned webmaster to get a professional site up and running, nor do you need any web expertise to monitor your website statistics.

The Reports Tool in the main menu of your Top Producer Website is useful for keeping  tabs on how many people are visiting your website. More importantly it shows you where your visitors are coming from, how long they are staying, and how many pages they are viewing.

Here’s how to use the Report Tools:
1) Login to your Top Producer Website and click View my Web Site Statistics.

2) Start by selecting your reporting period and then select a type of Report.

The General Summary section gives you an overview of how many visits your site has received during that time span. It’s also important to note the number of Unique Visitors, as these are the visits from people who have never been to your site before. This is one of the best ways to measure your marketing efforts. An increase in Unique Visitors immediately after the launch of a marketing initiative is a good sign that you’re getting return on your investment.

Besides reporting the number of visitors to your website the Visitors section will also show you the entry pages and exit pages. Make a note of which pages are used as entry pages most often. Use this knowledge to optimize these pages to drive traffic where you want them to go. Your exit pages are also important for the same reason.

Take the time to review your statistics on a regular basis and make improvements based on what your traffic patterns are telling you. Learn from the areas of the site that are doing well and the ones which are delivering poor statistics and make modifications. Then monitor changes in traffic patterns to see what’s working and what isn’t.
