NEW Feature! Send Market Builder postcards to your own Contact List

If you’re a Market Builder client, you already know that this powerful postcard marketing system allows you to preschedule and automatically mail real estate postcards to geographical areas you select.

Now you can upload your own Contact List to the Market Builder system so that you can mail postcards automatically to any contacts of your choice!

Here’s how it’s done:

1) From the Control Panel, select Market Builder, then Mail Campaign.

2) On the Farm Management screen, select the Create New tab. Then click on the Upload Custom List option.

3) On the Custom List page, enter a name for the contact list you’d like to use, select the list, then click Upload file.

Note: Contact lists must be either in Microsoft Excel (version 95 or later), or in Comma Separated Values (CSV) formats and must contain the following information, in the order shown:

4) The import process may take a few minutes depending on the size of the file. After the file has been imported, your farm is automatically released and you are returned to the Farm Management tab (see Step 2). You’ll see your imported address list under the Manage tab, displayed by zip code. Addresses are mailed out in the order in which they are imported.
