New feature! Create multiple Signatures for your Top Producer 8i email messages.
Successful Top Producer customers know that they can set up automated communication to prospects and clients in a number of ways using 8i. You can mass email a variety of marketing pieces, automate Action Plans, send personalized Service Reports, and much more. Now you can create different email signatures and assign them to each type of email you send.
Follow the steps below:
1) Login to Top Producer 8i and click “Preferences” in the top right hand corner of your 8i screen, then go to the Email section and click Signature to open the screen below.

2) To create a new Signature (for a different targeted marketing group), click the Edit Signature link. In the Signatures section, click the Add Signature link.

3) The Edit Signature interface (shown below) will open. Font and layout controls are located along the top. The upper right hand side of the interface has controls for (from left to right) adding a picture from file, inserting a horizontal line, inserting a hyperlink, and viewing the help menu. Insert Agent Photo and Insert Company Logo are located in the lower right. Click Save Signature to save your changes and to return to the previous screen. Click Cancel to discard all changes.

4) The Signature Usage section allows you to designate which Signature you would like used in which types of messages. Click on each Drop Down menu to indicate the Signature you’d like to include as a default on each type of message. (Note: Signature 1 will be automatically populated into every Signature Usage feature as a default.)

5) Click Save Signature to save your settings.
If you no longer require the screen to be bookmarked, you can remove it from your web browser’s list of favorites/bookmarks.
