We’re so excited about our upcoming release, we wanted to give you a sneak peek. Get ready to be introduced to your new best friend—the Follow-up Coach.
The Follow-up Coach isn’t demanding… No complex setup is required. The first time you meet, if you have contacts in your database, chances are there will be suggestions on who you should reach out to. That said though, organizing your data a bit here and there beforehand will help (kind of like the icing on an already delectable cake).
(And if you haven’t entered contacts yet, when you do, just follow the tips below and you’ll be off to the races.)
Let us explain. The Follow-up Coach looks at a few things to determine who’s who in your database. One is any contact types you’ve applied, so if you have contact types that contain the words “past client” or “sphere” applied to your contacts, the Follow-up Coach will be all over reminding you to follow up with them.
The Follow-up Coach also pays attention to the pipeline statuses you apply to your contacts, so if these are in order beforehand, you’re good to go.
Last but not least, if you’re part of a team, make sure your contacts are assigned to the right agent. (You don’t need to be reminded to follow up with your teammate’s contacts—that’s their job!)
If your database isn’t the most organized on the block, don’t worry about it. Just try to follow the above tips moving forward.
