Q: How do I generate a Market Snapshot for multiple zips, specific areas or neighborhoods?
A: The best way is to use the Advanced Search, which lets you select multiple zips and really helps you drill down to the ♥ of what your clients want to know.
To access the Advanced Search, from Top Marketer click Create New Snapshot on the left > then click the Advanced button.

Q: I’m a new user, what’s the best place to find training videos or classes?
A: We recommend focusing on these 4 simple steps first. While Top Producer CRM offers a lot of features, its real strength lies in its intuitive and responsive intelligence—and these 4 steps will make sure you get the most from it.
Q: What’s a good way to use the Market Snapshot Landing page?
A: Inserting a link to it on your Facebook page is an awesome place to start! Once you do, I’d be willing to wager that you’ll have a whole lot of “friends” signing up for your Market Snapshot!

Q: What are some ways I can best utilize my virtual assistant?
A: Making the most out of an assistant’s help—virtual or otherwise—is a snap. You can easily assign tasks to your assistants (calls to make, letters/emails to send, etc), which will appear in their My Business area in Top Producer CRM when they log in. In turn, they can help keep you organized and make sure you don’t miss important meetings by assigning you tasks.
