Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference, and when we set out to work on our latest Market Snapshot release, we had one goal in mind—to increase engagement on mobile and help you get more leads.
Back in January we introduced the Market Snapshot trends to help you tell the precise story of what’s going on in the market. No one knows better than you—this is the stuff consumers really care about, so why make them wait for it? We used to display these stats one at a time on mobile, but considering the attention span of the average mobile user, we think it’s best to show it all at once.
So now, in just one quick glance, you’ll tell them the average asking and sold prices, days on market and whether it’s a buyer or seller’s market.
Not only that, but when they click a stat for more info, only the key stuff is displayed and the shiny new “Ask me more” button will encourage them to reach out to you for more of your wise insights.
