I gotta say that one of the best parts of my job is that when our team does some pretty cool stuff, I get to share it with you. This is one of those times…

Get a load of this. Meet your very own too-good-to-be-true landing page that makes generating leads a snap.

An update as of May 14th, 2015: We’ve made the pages a wee bit smarter—now when a consumer enters their address, we’ll check out how many beds/baths it has and use that criteria for the report.

New landing page

Isn’t it pretty?! You can email a link to your clients, include it in your email signature, and add it to your web site and social media. Then whenever a lead visits the page, they enter 3 quick things—name, email, zip—and get a Market Snapshot! Pretty cool if I do say so myself…

The landing page is responsive, which means it’ll work on any device your clients use, and the snazzy high resolution images rotate automatically, so your landing page will never get stale. (Don’t worry, all the backgrounds are drool-worthy.) Add the fact that the landing page is branded to you, and you’re good to go!

So how do I get started?

All you have to do is go to http://tools.topproducer.com/ > then click Create your landing page in the bottom right.

It would be nice if the person didn’t have to enter their name and email address on the first page, but on a second page after their address is entered, like Listings 2 Leads does. This wold probably result in more registrations.

Thanks for your comment, Craig. We are constantly experimenting with conversions. That said, since the promise is a neighborhood report, if they leave after inputting their address, we can’t send them a report. Also, you would have an address, but wouldn’t know who they are.

Is it SEO optimized? So it’s more relevant?

    • crodgers

Hi, no it isn’t SEO optimized, but driving traffic to the page yourself is easy. You can email a link to your clients, include it in your email signature, and add it to your web site and social media.

You write above “An update as of May 14th, 2015: We’ve made the pages a wee bit smarter—now when a consumer enters their address, we’ll check out how many beds/baths it has and use that criteria for the report.”

when a consumer enters their address, the reports sends by default 1 bedroom/1 bathroom for reports. how do you correct this to match the correct numbers?

    • crodgers

Hi, thanks for your question. After the May 14th update, whenever a consumer signs up for a snapshot via the landing page, we’ll first try to find their property in our database and use that property’s bed/bath criteria. If we can’t find the property, we’ll use the default criteria (1 bedroom/1 bathroom).

If they signed up prior to May 14th or we couldn’t find their property in our database, you can change the number of beds/bath in Top Marketer (just go to Market Snapshot > Status Report > edit the snapshot). Hope this helps.

I am a little disappointed in the landing page. I have tested it out, and when it goes to my topmarketer it shows the details for the report at “Condo, 1 bed, 1 bath.” I think there should be a second step for the lead to enter their home details so we can send an accurate report.

    • crodgers

Hi, thanks for your comment and suggestion. When it comes to landing pages, less is definitely more, which is why we only require the lead to enter a few details. We’ve made the landing pages smarter though to address the issue you mentioned (see the May 14th update above). If they signed up prior to May 14th, you can change the number of beds/bath in Top Marketer (just go to Market Snapshot > Status Report > edit the snapshot). Hope this helps.

I’m confused, I’ve had a landing page for almost a year through Market Snapshot. What is new?

    • crodgers

Hi there, thanks for the question. The landing pages have been redesigned—they’re now current and more attractive, plus they’re responsive, which means they’ll appear flawlessly on any device.

  • Todd Rettkowski

Landing page is nice, but there are no fields for prospects to enter information about home. So market snapshots are sent with 0 Bedrooms and 1 bath. Confused…

    • crodgers

Hi, we’ve released an update since you posted this comment. Now whenever a consumer enters their address, we’ll check out how many beds/baths it has and use that criteria for the report. Hope this helps!

Thank you for doing this. It is a very professional item to add to our arsenal. It would have been nice if our photo could be added to it?

    • crodgers

Thanks for your comment and we’re glad you like! You’ll notice that your branding (name, contact info) appear in the footer, but I’ve forward your photo suggestion to our Product group for review.

  • Thomas

Would be nice if the social media post had an image present instead of just the link for http://tpr.cm/l1

    This is cool!

ALMOST there, but in CA we have to show license number and Brokerage name. Also the pictures don’t match CA homes!

    • crodgers

Duly noted on the pictures; I’ve sent your request to our Product group. As for the license number, we’ve released an update that addresses this, so your license number will appear. You can also put your brokerage in the disclaimer (just go to Setup > Agent Profile in Top Marketer). Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help!
