So go ahead and wow them by showing everything you’ve done to maximize internet exposure, and tell them how their listing stacks up compared to the competition too.
I love it, but I don’t see this new tab on the Market Snapshot…
Your clients will see the Listing Popularity tab if you’re sending a snapshot and happen to be the listing agent for the inquiry property. (If not, you’ll just send the same fabulous report as before and wow them regardless.)

You can find these details in the stats that cycle through (shown below—just click Details to see it).
I’m not a fan of including this info. Do I have to include it?
Nope—we’re all about choices. You can turn this off in Top Marketer by going to Setup > Market Snapshot Settings > and clearing the Show listing performance… check box.
