For those of you using Market Snapshot, we hope you’re reaping the benefits of the Listing Alerts we released a few months ago! Using the freshest MLS data, you (effortlessly) tell your clients the minute there’s a new listing, a listing is sold or there’s a price change in the area they’re interested in. Knowledge is power though, so don’t you want to see the alerts you’re sending and who’s viewing them? Of course you do and now it’s as easy as opening their record in Top Producer CRM!
First things first though, if you haven’t already, you have to set up the link between Top Producer CRM and Top Marketer. Doing this is easy:
Once you’ve set the link between Top Producer CRM and Top Marketer, you’ll then be able to see the price change, new listing and sold alerts you send, and more importantly, who’s viewing them and asking for more details! You’ll also see when they ask for a new snapshot, change their snapshot area or unsubscribe.
And if you’re not using Top Producer CRM, you won’t have to wait long to see the Listing Alerts you’re sending and who’s viewing them.
