Sounds good, but how does this work?
In a nutshell, the quality seller leads generated from GeographicFarm are sent to Top Producer CRM, where you’ll be immediately notified that you have a new lead. Through automatic follow-up, you can send a custom email within 5 minutes and send a personalized Market Snapshot report for their area of interest.
How do I set this up?
Setting up the integration is easy.
Note: These instructions are for Top Producer CRM, but this integration will work with FiveStreet too. Just grab your FiveStreet email address (click Lead Sources from the main menu) and then follow step 2 below.
1. First, grab your notification email address from Top Producer CRM. From the Settings area, click the Contacts tab > then click Copy to copy your email address.
2. Then copy the email address into your GeographicFarm account by going to Site Editor > then copying it in the Also send emails to section (shown below).
3. Last but not least, if you use Market Snapshot and want to automatically send reports to all incoming leads, from the Settings area, click the Contacts tab > click the Lead Alerts tab > then turn on Market Snapshot Auto-fulfillment.
That’s all there is to it, but if you’re currently sending valuation emails through GeographicFarm, you’ll want to turn these off. Otherwise you’ll be sending these + Market Snapshots, and that would = spammy. (From the Site Editor of your seller lead capture landing page > clear the Enable Periodic Automated Valuation check box > then save.)Follow up, Lead conversion, Market Snapshot, Product Spotlight, Top Producer CRM
