Q: What is the best way to create and use action plans?

A: Good news! You can skip the creating part and jump right into the gratifying part—using them! We created a Simple Lead Conversion plan designed specifically to help you effortlessly convert your online leads. All you have to do is set the plan to automatically be applied to incoming leads and we’ll do the rest. (This post will walk you through all you need to know.)

Q: How do I sync my Google contacts with Top Producer CRM?

A: Easy peasey. From the Settings area in Top Producer CRM (see the top right of the screenshot below to access it), click the TP Sync tab > select Google > then sign in to your Google account.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to select which contacts you want to sync with Top Producer CRM. If you need help, check out this article or give us a call at 1-800-830-8300. We’d be happy to walk you through it.

Q: How do top agents/brokers use Market Snapshot to achieve amazing results?

Last but most certainly not least, this post is cholk-full of ways to give Market Snapshot a boost.

Q. What is the best way to clean up my database?

A: Excellent question—the duplicate contact check in Top Producer CRM is a great place to start!

To access it, just go to Contacts > Show duplicates > select the duplicate contacts > click Merge Selected. (Don’t worry, we show you a preview first before we do anything, but additional instructions can be found here if you need ’em.)

Another quick tip—if you sync your data with Outlook or Gmail or import records from time to time, it’s possible that some pesky empty contact records have made their way into your database. To check, just go to Contacts > Contacts Summary > look for any data-less records at the top of the list.

Of course you want to make sure these records are useless before you delete them, so select them > click Mass Open > take a boo at the record > then click Delete Contact in the bottom right as you cycle through them.
