You know that following up with your past clients is a must. And while a quick Google search will give you all kinds of follow-up ideas—from the traditional to the creative—we think a key part should include relevant and personalized content that showcases your expertise, which led us to our latest enhancement…
If you use Top Producer CRM and Market Snapshot, you can now send Market Snapshots to all of your past clients in one fell swoop. A few clicks is all it takes to send them a snapshot every 6 months that tells them how their investment is performing. And hey, why not throw in what the neighbor’s house sold for too (as soon as it happens)?
While this approach is perfect for your past clients, you should still tailor your snapshots as much as possible for your active clients. That way the content you’re sending is as relevant as possible. In a perfect world you would do this for each and every client, regardless of their stage, but we don’t live in a perfect world and time is a precious commodity.
Here’s how it works
Everyone you select will get a Market Snapshot about their property every 6 months and will immediately be notified when a home sells in their neighborhood. This is the recommended strategy for both your past clients and sphere.
We’ve got your best interests at heart, so we won’t send snapshots to those who are 1) already receiving one, and 2) have unsubscribed from your marketing email.
And obviously if they don’t have a valid email address or zip code in their record, we won’t send to them either. Without a zip code, Market Snapshot can’t provide the hyperlocal details on their area of interest, and without that, it’d be a bit spammy, non?
Here’s how you do it
#1. Search for the contacts you want to send snapshots to. (Just go to Contacts > Search for Contacts in Top Producer CRM.)
#2. Select who and then send away!
That’s it! All selected clients will receive snapshots every 6 months and sold alerts too.
Now while you can see the recipients by going to Market Snapshot > Market Snapshot Status Report in Top Marketer, it could take some time for all of them to appear so don’t jump the gun and resend them all. Your clients won’t receive duplicate snapshots, but we don’t want our server having a hissy fit because it received thousands of duplicate requests.
