Assign a NEW Market Snapshot Action Plan to any contact in minutes!

This month, we’re proud to announce the NEW Market Snapshot Action Plans, designed specifically to nurture the prospects who are receiving your Market Snapshot reports. These Action Plans include detailed emails to your contacts on interpreting the key Market Snapshot points, as well as all the prescheduled follow-up calls and to-do reminders you need to turn your leads into clients.

Successful Market Snapshot users know how to take full advantage of the automated Action Plans that are included with Top Producer 8i’s pre-loaded content library. Once assigning a Plan, your selected contact(s) will receive regular communication from you—without any effort on your part—until they are ready to make a move.

It’s easy to get your contacts set up. Here’s where to find the four new Market Snapshot Plans and how to use them:

1. Go to the Calendar main menu icon. Then click Plans Manager from the dropdown menu to view all action plans.

2. Select the Market Snapshot Action Plan that best suits the type of contact/prospect that you are reaching out to. (Action Plans are listed in alphabetical order.)

• Market Snapshot for Internet Generated Leads
• Market Snapshot for Just Listed/Just Sold
• Market Snapshot for Market Builder
• Market Snapshot for Past Customers

You can link any of these Action Plans to a new contact that you’re adding, or to an existing contact that is already saved in your 8i.

3. To apply an Action Plan to an existing contact, open the contact to view his or her full details from the Contact Details form. From the Activities tab, click the Select Action Plans link. A small window opens on the Activities tab displaying a list of all Action Plans. Place a check mark next to the ones you’d like to apply and select a start date.

4. Then click Save to apply the Action Plan(s) to the existing contact.

Any Action Plans that are applied to the contact will appear in the contact header for easy reference.

You can refer to these instructions for any of the Action Plans in the library, not just the Market Snapshot Plans.
